½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ stick butter
1 medium jar of carrot baby food
1 cup flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup milk
Melt cheese and margarine in a saucepan, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, add carrots, flour, and garlic powder. Stir until blended. Add milk and form a ball. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl and set in fridge for one hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough onto a lightly floured surface. Roll into ¼ inch thickness and cut into your favorite shapes. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
